| Brian began his career in 1984 working with Carmine Inserra. Having since then concentrated his efforts on the JFK International Airport market serving custom house brokers, freight forwarders, airlines and ancillary airport businesses in lease and sale transactions. In 2004 Brian along with associate Joseph Maffia, expanded the scope of their logistics service nationally, having negotiated warehouse and office leases at San Francisco International, Chicago O’Hare, Indianapolis, and BWI, Washington D.C.. Additionally, along with Joseph Maffia they are the exclusive leasing agents for Seagis AirPark @JFK, a portfolio which comprises 500,000 square feet in 27 buildings at John F. Kennedy Int’l Airport. |

| Developed the concepts, negotiated the purchases, supervised construction, and negotiated all leases for two significant projects: The Landmark at Inwood, a mixed-use landmark office & retail property built in 1911, and The Rockaway Business and Technology Center in Far Rockaway, NY, a multi-tenant business park situated in a NYS Empire Zone. Have negotiated transactions with Associated Global Systems, Atlas Air, Brink's Inc., Creative Logistics, Expeditors International of Washington, Ferrari Express, Forest Laboratories, JCDecaux, Inc., John P.
